Professor Sue Black OBE and Jake and Hannah Graf feature on the Diversity Power List 2022 – honouring 50 of the most profound champions of inclusion across the UK!
Professor Sue Black was celebrated for her continuous championing of using technology as a power for good.
Through her work as a Professor of Computer Science and Technology Evangelist, Director of the TechUP initiative and with her own social enterprise, #techmums, Sue has had a huge impact on the opportunities available to a wide range of underserved groups across the UK.
She is a global leader in raising awareness of the important of women in tech, raising standards across the tech industry, and was the founder of a campaign to save Bletchley Park (home of WWII code breakers) in 2008. Her work was recognised in the 2016 Queen’s New Year’s Honours List with an OBE for services to technology.
Named the UK’s most influential transgender couple in 2018, Jake and Hannah Graf took the internet by storm with their inspirational stories of self-acceptance, finding love and surrogacy. A pair of inspirational leaders, they utilise their global platform to normalise queer and trans experiences through short films, YouTube and social media.
