Katie Derham presented this week’s One Big Thank You for BBC One’s The One Show.
In the film, Katie meets Carol to recognise her continued commitment to bettering her community as founder of ‘Ability Dogs 4 Young People’ in the Isle of Wight; a charity that trains assistance dogs to help aid daily tasks and boost young people’s confidence and independence.
