Duane is a highly experienced performer, particularly known for family theatre and musicals. Recent credits include playing Paddington in Paddington: Lo-Commotion at Blenheim Palace, Genie in Aladdin at Wolverhampton Grand, George/Simon Sr in Kinky Boots at Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the Mayor in the world premiere of The Book Thief at Bolton Octagon.

He was nominated for Best Newcomer at the GB Panto Awards 2019 for his performance as Widow Twankey in Aladdin at Catford Broadway, and is about to return to the West End with The Smartest Giant in Town for Little Angel Theatre and Fiery Light.

Further stage credits include Animal Rocks (Oxford Playhouse), Aladdin (Theatre Royal Windsor), Mickey and the Magician at Disneyland Paris, Walk in the Light (National Theatre), Go Noah Go (Little Angel Theatre), The Jungle Book (Fairfield Halls Croydon), The Man in Blues In The Night (The Last Refuge, Peckham), Christmas Crooners (UK & Ireland Tour), Ain’t Misbehavin’ (UK Tour) and Broadway & Beyond (UK Tour).

Duane can often be found singing all over the world with various groups, including The West End Gospel Choir.

His television experience includes Silent Witness (BBC) and Crush (Channel 4).

Duane trained at the London School of Musical Theatre.
